Terms of service

Tapat.link provides a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform, including the modules included in your subscription plan, hosting, maintenance and updates.

We may improve, add or change features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during a paid subscription term.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

Each user must have individual login credentials. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, according to your plan. Fees exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend access after giving you notice. Your data remains intact during suspension.

You own all data you enter into Tapat.link. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

You can export your data at any time. After termination, we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it securely.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, reverse engineer it, or interfere with other customers' use of the platform.

We target 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support levels depend on your plan.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Annual subscriptions run for the full term.

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within 30 days of written notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
