Customer content: the business data you enter into Tapat.link, which we process on your behalf.

3. Legal basis
We process personal data based on our contract with you, your consent where required, our legitimate interests in operating the service, and our legal obligations.

Customer data is hosted in data centres located in Saudi Arabia. Any transfer outside the Kingdom follows the requirements of applicable law.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including tax record-keeping requirements.
